This is my final work of experiment3. The pictures below are my work with sketchup and cryengine.

This my meeting place with the texture. I did the stairs like this because of the bridge. The way to facebook headquater is inside the bridge. the stairs like this is more convinent for facebook and maybe looks power than I thought before.

 This is two elevators of my heaquaters.One looks like more smooth and one looks like more regular and stressful.
And another is my bridge.

[EXP3] Sketchup landform

I am doing a part of Hong Kong as my landform. The building Bank of China is a significant lansmark of Hong Kong.


I did some building, they have some features of themself, and I put two of my headquater oppsite, between them is the river or sea. I will put my meeting place on the water between two of the headquaters, and Bridge is the next.

I decided to do Coca Cola company and Facebook.




The headquater of Coca Cola vending machine. I think almost vending machine sale coca cola and it sold well. At the beginning of the work, I was thinking I could do a bottle as headquater, but it was kicked off by myself, because I realize that the bottle is better be a elevator of coca cola.


The other headquater is about the Facebook. My inspiration is come from CCTV building which designed by Rem Koolhaas.Because of the first letter of word facebook "F", I want to make it significant, the headquater is build with 3 capital F, some are inverse, some are right side.

I have taken a long time to consider what I will do in crysis and sketchup. Actually, my hometown is Wuhan, in the middle of China, I have chosen some place in Wuhan, many famous places are mountain or only water and some low stories building, but I like some powerful, modern and some building make me feel exciting. In the end, I chose Hongkong. When I first time went to HongKong, I was shocked by that place, although may high pressure, crowed, but inversely, I fall in love with that city, not only the feel that it can give, but also the buildings, the everything in Hongkong, so I decided to do HongKong in my EXP3.

In these four pictures, one buildings always shiny in those buildings, Bank of China. Maybe this building isn't the best building, but this building has special meaning for me, when I was 9 years old, I went to HongKong, that was my first time, we were going to some place(I can't remember), and I focus on this building, maybe at that time I just thought it is beautiful, and my father told me, if you study hard, you can built better buildings. And everytime I went to HongKong the first place I went is Bank Of China, and read what my father first told me. At this time, I really want to show HongKong in my own way.
